Allulose is a sugar substitute found naturally in certain fruits and vegetables. It’s about 70% as sweet as sucrose, but contains virtually no calories and doesn’t affect blood sugar levels, making it safe for diabetics. It has a similar taste and baking properties to sucrose and can be used in cooking and baking. It’s also ideal for ketogenic and low-carb diets.
