Kaj je likopen?<\/h3>\n

Likopen, znan tudi kot karoten, je vrsta karotenoida v rastlinah. Ima relativno visoko vsebnost v zrelih rde\u010dih rastlinskih plodovih, zlasti v paradi\u017eniku, korenju, lubenicah, papaji in guavi.
\nNaravni likopen prihaja iz rastlin in mikroorganizmov, bogatih z likopenom. Rastlinski viri likopena vklju\u010dujejo rumeno in rde\u010de sadje (papaja, lubenica, kaki itd.) in zelenjavo.<\/p>\n

Uporaba likopena v hrani<\/b><\/strong>\uff1a<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Likopen izbolj\u0161uje delovanje srca in o\u017eilja ter prepre\u010duje sr\u010dno-\u017eilne bolezni, predvsem zaradi svojih mo\u010dnih antioksidativnih in protivnetnih lastnosti. Dodajanje likopena prehrani lahko izbolj\u0161a krvni tlak, delovanje endotelija, presnovno stanje in zmanj\u0161a aterosklerozo.<\/p>\n

3. Skrb za mo\u0161ko zdravje\uff1a<\/h4>\n

U\u017eivanje likopena pomaga pove\u010dati koncentracijo likopena v plazmi in prostati, zmanj\u0161ati po\u0161kodbe DNK, zavirati proliferacijo rakavih celic in zmanj\u0161ati tveganje za bolezni prostate, s \u010dimer se izbolj\u0161a indeks mo\u0161kega zdravja.<\/p>\n
