Wat is lycopeen?<\/h3>\n

Lycopeen, ook bekend als caroteen, is een soort caroteno\u00efde in planten. Het heeft een relatief hoog gehalte in rijpe rode vruchten, vooral in tomaten, wortelen, watermeloenen, papaja's en guaves.

Belangrijkste toepassingen in China: gezondheidsproducten; Gemengde melk, gearomatiseerde gefermenteerde melk, snoepgoed, kant-en-klare granen, gebakken goederen, vaste soep.<\/p>\n

Ingredi\u00ebnten, halfvaste samengestelde kruiderijen, dranken (met uitzondering van verpakt drinkwater), gelei.<\/p>\n

De in vitro antioxidantcapaciteit van lycopeen is door veel experimenten bevestigd. Het vermogen van lycopeen om singletzuurstof te onderdrukken is meer dan twee keer zo groot als dat van de veelgebruikte antioxidant \u03b2-caroteen en 100 keer zo groot als dat van vitamine E.<\/p>\n
