Waarom is het belangrijk in het dagelijks leven?<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<p>Dextrose, organische verbinding, molecuulformule C6H12O6. Onderverdeeld in glucose monohydraat (C6H12O6.H2O) en glucose watervrij (C6H12O6). Het wordt ook wel dextrose monohydraat of dextrose watervrij genoemd. Het is de meest verspreide en belangrijkste monosacharide in de natuur. Het is een polyhydroxyaldehyde. Pure glucose is een kleurloos kristal, zoet maar niet zo zoet als sucrose, oplosbaar in water, enigszins oplosbaar in ethanol en onoplosbaar in ether.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" data-fontsize=\"16\" data-lineheight=\"28.8px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><b>Toepassing:<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Glucose speelt een belangrijke rol op biologisch gebied. Het is de energiebron en metabolische tussenstof van levende cellen, de belangrijkste energieopwekkende stof van het organisme. In de voedingsindustrie kan dextrose worden verwerkt door isomerase om fructose te produceren, vooral fruitfructose-bevattende 42% fructose. Stroop, zijn zoetheid en sacharose, is een belangrijk product geworden in de huidige suikerindustrie. Het grootste voordeel van glucose is dat het een onmisbare voedingsstof is voor de stofwisseling in het levende lichaam en een van de zes belangrijkste voedingsstoffen in het menselijk lichaam. De warmte die vrijkomt bij de oxidatiereactie is een belangrijke energiebron voor menselijke levensactiviteiten. Dextrose wordt voornamelijk gebruikt als voedingsstof voor injectie (glucose injectie) in de geneeskunde.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" data-fontsize=\"16\" data-lineheight=\"28.8px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><b>Productieproces:<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>De voor levensmiddelen geschikte glucose wordt verkregen door het gedeeltelijk zuiveren en concentreren van de waterige suikeroplossing die wordt verkregen door het eetbare ma\u00efszetmeel gedeeltelijk te hydrolyseren met het voor levensmiddelen geschikte zuur. Omdat het gemaakt is van ma\u00efszetmeel wordt het ook wel \"ma\u00efssiroop\" genoemd;<\/p>\n<p>Het industri\u00eble productieproces van glucose is relatief eenvoudig, en de productie van glucose door microbi\u00eble enzymatische methoden. Het heeft duidelijke voordelen ten opzichte van de zure hydrolysemethode. De belangrijkste factor die de prijs van glucose be\u00efnvloedt, is ma\u00efs, de enige grondstof voor de producten.
