Synthetisches Vanillin<\/strong><\/p>\n

Die fr\u00fcheste industrielle Produktion von Vanillin fand in Deutschland statt. Deutsche Wissenschaftler nutzten die Substanz in der Kiefernrinde, um Vanillin zu synthetisieren, das 1874 in Deutschland erstmals industriell hergestellt wurde.<\/p>\n

Im Jahr 1876 synthetisierte Karl Reimer Vanillin aus Guajakol. Bis heute sind 85% der weltweiten Verfahren zur Herstellung von Vanillin auf Guajakol zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n

Es gibt zwei Methoden zur Synthese von Vanillin aus Guajakol: die Nitroso-Methode und die Glyoxyls\u00e4ure-Methode.<\/p>\n

Die detaillierte Methode soll hier nicht vorgestellt werden. Eine andere Methode ist die Verwendung von nat\u00fcrlichen Rohstoffen und Ligninoxidationsverfahren, aber diese Methode ist zu verschwenderisch mit nat\u00fcrlichen Rohstoffen, und die Umweltverschmutzung ist extrem gro\u00df.<\/p>\n

Dieser Ansatz ist von einem Marktanteil von 60% im Jahr 1981 auf 15% heute zur\u00fcckgegangen und wird nun schrittweise abgebaut.<\/p>\n

Ethylvanillin<\/strong><\/p>\n
